and there is NO other place exist where you can write about problems with store EXEPT that %^$^ store support which NEVER answer your mail. Even tel. number is not provided . What kind of store it is ?
It means, cross your fingers and pray. If it will be fine, you are blessed. If not, you suck.

I've emailed Kieron
Petitioned
Mailed the store
and I still haven't had a response over the fact that the store has repeatedly crashed and now charged me for multiple items I don't want/need. Which is bad, since they're all megapacks and theres a *lot* of money concerned; I really don't want to start getting on to the bank and telling them to stop payments to CCP and such. It just gets fiddly. Especially when I have an eve subscription to pay too :/

It seems that we both are in same position. Let's see how it goes thru. Have to admit that my feelings and plans are quite close to yours, and don't like to change them from planned to executed state.

Hm, I also ordered a pack + some other items from the store, was billed and neither mail nor nothing :/

yeah I would love some support....
my order was incomplete, and I can't seem to get a hold of any support.... Even the phone number on the invoce doesn;t get answered....
/me feels ripped off...

The times are long gone, when I actually believed that there where people on the backside of that webstore.
Hamsters, while good at running servers, sucks at customer handling and information.
