1) High Sec POS's need to be reset to the requirement you need standing to place. Hitting the easy button in this one was just too much.
2) High Sec reprocessors can only be a "basic" model, with 48% base yield.
3) Tax is still on high sec reprocess, set by the space you are in, AND by Concord. Need good standing from each, or each takes some.
4) Change volumes of high sec ores to help rebalance, decreasing M3 pull: Veld +.05 to .15, Scord +.10 to .25, Pyro, +.10 to .35, Omber -.2 to .40, Kernite +1.3 to 2.5.
5) NO named roids show up in in High sec for belts. Special spawns only have named roids for the veld, scord, pyro, omber and kernite. No Herm, Hed, Jaspet in high sec. Maybe consider a soft spawn for .5 systems of non-named jaspet.
6) Keep Herm and Hed and Jaspet the same. They spawn in low-sec, special spawns have named ones and NON-named crokite. Gneiss and Dark ochre also spawn, unnamed in anomlies. Drop their volume -1 for gness it 4.0, and -1 for dark ochre to 5.0
7) Change Null sec ores volume. Crokite -4 to 12.0, Bistot, -6 to 10.0 and Arokonor -8 to 8.0. for lore purposes, Arkonor is just awesome stuff, chock full of good ole minerals worth money.
8) Scannable anamolies in null and WH get only named roids from all levels.
My math might be off in calculations, but the bottom line is pull named roids from high sec, give named roids to low/null/Wh, and make the volume of null/wh ores much lighter to increase yield.
Bottom line, it is absurd that high sec ores beat most Null/WH ores and the risk/reward mechanics need to be rebalanced for this. 1) No comment 2) Why? If it got to 48%, nobody would ever use it, especially not after the Compression Array got introduced. You already pay POS fuel for 2% better refine and avoiding taxes. 3) Tax is already set by the corp that owns the station, and already takes a good amount of effort to reach the 6.7 standing for 0% tax. Unless you use a POS ofc which might not even pay for itself. 4) This downright nerfs mining across the board to make it lower than it already is, since mining turrets mines in m3/cycle not units/cycle 5) Hem, Hed and Jaspet doesn't really spawn in highsec anyways, apart from occasional belt anomalies, which usually is cleared fast and doesn't have that much ISK in them anyways, I managed to get around 2/3rd of a Small Hem Hed Jas anomaly. There was maybe 10mil from that or so. As for no named asteroids. Why? So we just all mine the same, making it no competition at all to get the best roids in a belt? 6) So all of this is just to promote lowsec mining, which already have been promoted by spawning more nullsec mining anomalies? 7) A huge boost to mining nullsec ores, that will really decrease the price for a lot of things (same reason as #4) 8) No comment
Mining is working fine. The risk vs reward is low risk and low reward. Highsec mining is one (if not the) lowest profitable professions. And depending on where you mine, there is a great risk with CODE+followers around. |
