Edited by: Mung Lore on 28/07/2006 19:16:46 Hello, due to the recent events that happen with EIBI/EIB I fell that it is now time to call a vote of confidence. I fell that at this time EIB is holding UEMA back from doing normal business and that it is a lot harder to access the investment isk to buy new blueprints.
There were 2 votes called today, the first of witch was a miss vote, please forget about that one as I hit the wrong button to go back and change some of the items in it. The second of witch is the real vote and is the vote of confidence as stated in the EIB/UEMA contract.
The dividend payment was only 16k per share and was only using about 1/3 of the total investment founds. I fell that with the other 2/3 I can do so much more and turn that 16k per shares up to maybe 40k per share next time.
The EIB has been nothing but kind to the UEMA and I with to leave there contact on good standings so we are going by what the contact would let us do.
Originally by: The UEMA/EIB contact Vote of confidence If at anytime after phase 1, a majority shareholders votes in favour of the UEMA operating without moderation, the EIB will cease to have a presence in UEMA operations.
In this event, all remaining shares, liquid capital, and assets belonging to the UEMA that are held in trust by the EIB will be returned to full UEMA ownership.
In such an occurance, the EIB will use a trusted broker to ensure our final involvement in the UEMA is moderated and recorded and sucessfully concluded. These assets will be held by the broker until the insurance contract is declared void.
The insurance contract will be declared void once EIB no longer controls UEMA assets. Once the insurance is declared void, the broker will transfer UEMA assets to UEMA personel, as decided by the UEMA CEO.
The vote you need to vote on is the one that says the following.
Title: Vote of Confidence As per the UEMA/EIB insurance contract, the majority of shareholders vote to operate without moderation from the EIB.
Option 1) Yes. The UEMA should commence operations without moderations from the EIB. Option 2) No. The UEMA should maintain its presents status as an EIB insured corporation.

I am happy to say that the share holders fell the same way that I do, they have voted for UEMA to leave the contract with EIB and to move along with out them.
Cally, if your reading this I'll like for all shares, and all isk to be sent to ether the UEMA wallet or Mung Lores wallet so I'll be able to move them to the UEMA wallet.
For anyone who needs to see the vote for them self I welcome you into the corp for that reason. Thanks.

All remaining shares and assets belonging to the UEMA that are held by the EIB will be transferred to a trusted 3rd party as per the conditions of the contract and to finalise our involvement in the UEMA.
