But be warned they really have no intention of you ever being able to retrieve your merchandise this is only a ruse to get you to go there so they can have some target practise by webbing you and killing you. This must a be a very dangerous system and the lead terror in this system must be shuttles copy of my concorde report follows. My to the Corporation Band of Brothers for showing up in such a terrifying ship. I had no idea that it took T2 ships and weapons to down a lowly shuttle. What great a great challenge it must have been for a group of players who had blocked the gate exiting that system to successfully destroyed a major threat to their system. A Minmatar Shuttle I had no idea these ships were so feared in that sector. JUST A WARNING TO ALL PLAYERS PLEASE AVOID PURCHASING ANY SHIP WEAPON OR ANY ITEM FROM THAT SECTOR OR THAT CORPORATION UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE PODDED FOR BEING ONE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS OR SHOULD I SAY ONE OF THEIR TARGETS. Yes I understand that 0.0 is a gank area but like I replied before I had no idea that shuttles were so dangerous that it would take two ships just to destroy such a menace. I wasn't there to spy on anyone just fly from the gate to station pick up my bpc and fly out.

It is, of course, normal conduct to politely ask the shuttle pilot to hang around until you come back in a merlin to kill them, to prevent the unfairness of HAC vs Shuttle. Also, free BPs 4tw

I would shudder to see how many larger ships they would bring out if a fleet of shuttles did a major offensive against them.

Ah yes, I forgot that I obviously knew that that was all that was in the hold. As for the whole fleet of shuttles, I guess they'd bring exactly the same number of ships, because they aren't changing configs on the fly to make sure shuttle pilots don't feel hard done by

There's a distinct possibility that spies in that area might claim to be "just shopping" if it would allow them to continue spying without instant explody death. And spies are valuable in a war zone - knowledge of your opponent's forces is power. S-U8A4 is a warzone. It shows 18 kills in the last hour on the map at the moment, which should be enough to discourage most idle shoppers. But, no, you decided to trek down to through lawless 0.0 in a shuttle, of all things to pick up some blueprints. I don't want to sound harsh, but welcome to the realities of life in the EvE galaxy. Oh, and there's some Vexor BPCs on sale in Oursulaert at the moment. It might be safer to get them instead.

Well you were in the wrong place at the wrong time, I very much doubt a call went out on BOB's TS "come quick and bring HAC's we have a shuttle heading straight for us". Also as someone else has already pointed out your in a NPC which would mean in 0.0 to 95% of corps/alliances you are KOS.

So I had no choice but to attempt to pick them up. As for the dangers of 0.0 space I am not a raving lunatic I understand that but I also considered the fact that if I went in a lowly shuttle and flew only from gate to station and back to gate that even the average moron would understand that I had no intentions of spying or killing anyone.

You have made that clear. But expect more of this, because thats the way Eve is. You can get killed in low sec, 0.0 and sometimes even in empire by suiciders. So... now you know. I concur, BoB are horrible pirates, especially Andarille, they pick on shuttles especially, they really should be banned as they are exploiting all the noobs in EVE. Everybody not blue is shot, doesnt matter if you are in a pod or a dread or something in between, they are all shot. Why? well simple if you arent with us you are against as. You could be an alt scout, you could be in system to copy BM's and create lag, but the real reason is we are in that region so you shouldnt be. Meaning many people give a crap about neutrals in 0.0. Everything that gives a nice explosion gets shot. If you are not in a player corp, you get shot by almost everyone, also by otherwise harmless industrial alliances, because you are likely to be just an alt spy. So don't blame it on a specific alliance or system. It's common behaviour in 0.0. If you buy something on escrow in 0.0, you should first have an idea how to get that stuff. There are two problems: 1) 0.0 is dangerous and many people don't give anything, about if you get killed or not. 2) Some stations in 0.0 are under player control: Conquerable stations and outpost. If the owners don't grant you docking rights, you can't dock there and then you can't get the stuff you bought from that station yourself. P.S.: I assume that you really have no clue about 0.0 and don't fool us here

Biggest mistake you made is assuming that other ppl need a reason to attack you, they don't. Plenty of ppl will attack you just because they can.

I even renamed my ship to courier mission in hope that anything might help. If someone had left a secure can warning of the battleground I would have tried to contact someone then put escrow in their name so they could meet me at a safer location to have traded items to me I would have paid them for the inconvenience and their time. Undoubtedly making any type of sale in that area for any crafter would seem impossible unless they prefer to keep isk flowing within their Alliance and brother corporations only.
