A ship, which is full adaptible, verstile and useful in both fleets and small ganks is what i've attempted to give.
yes, it'll severly lack the the speadsheet dps of the current hyperion but it'll have more useful real world (eve world) dps.
Dealing with interceptors and cruisers at short range as well as nutralising the ROKH and other snipers (directly) with damp bonuses, this surely provides some of the blance we've been crying for...
Although I was kinda liking having a comparibly fast masta blasta ganka, it's not what we need.

Please stop with the whole sensor dampening hyperions unless maybe the mealstrom(sp?) should get a target painting bonus? Just leave it be.
edit: Only think I thikn might be worth changing is to have the tanking bonus' like hte other tier 3 BS instead of its mwd bonus.

I'm open to suggestions, hell, i'm not really opposited to the current hyperion ship role, it's just not what the gallente or bs pilots need in general

Can we pretty pretty please wait until we see what the actual stats are on the ships before asking to change it.
And as a very dedicated blaster***** i disagree with this post and everything it stands for
PS: Smaller ships should be the ones dampening tbh
