IIRC the quality of that info left a lot to be desired sometimes and the things that followed where never pretty ( there are people that still hold CCP to "info" that was given 3 years ago )

Personal preference though, due think that Kieron has it harder now... lots more peeps around to communicate with. ;-)

As for my opinion on changes in my time given my relatively short time of playing, I guess it'd go:
Best: Recent Minmatar boosts
Worst: Hrm. Maybe the fact that there seems to be more and more escrow scams? Can't wait for Contracts.

POS's have already caused so so so many people quit the game or become really tired of it. In the end POS wars will kill EVE.
