Narwhals Ate My Duck took some money from Vegas Mirage to help clear out a wormhole, and said that Vegas Mirage could call on them if needed. The residence of the wormhole we are clearing out contacted Narwhals Ate My Duck and contracts them to kill us. Narwhals took the contract and shrugged off the contract that had already been made with Vegas Mirage. Well that's a great thing to do as a merc isn't it? So now they are camping this wormhole we have under siege trying to keep us out. We form up a gang and kill their fail fit loki, legion, and astarte. Don't trust Narwhals with contracts for two reasons. One because they are two faced noobs, and two they are just carebears with shiny pvp ships.

The Best part about this whole WH/pos situation is that our side has lost little to no ships, while the corp who has moved in has lost and spent at least over 10 bil. What no one has mentioned is that the corp who moved in originally backstabbed our corp for the WH, an agreement had been made to be "blues" and when our pos came out of reinforce they attacked anyways.

I do belive all this trolling is stupid and not needed, and that if you guys want the fight we will fight, slow and smart, but we will wipe everyone who defends this pos out.

Confirming DUCK is just an alliance full of retards that just like to herp and derp on the forums. The posts they have made speak for themselves.

That's cause there's not much substance here. I looked into this myself and despite Vegas' claims he didnt have any evidence to support them. He said he had logs and mails but never gave me ones regarding his discussions w Cipreh, though I waited over an hour for them to be "located" (eventually he logged off saying whatever he'd drop it). DUCKS, on the other hand, gave me full logs of the relevant conversations which I read and determined they didn't do anything unethical.

Merc Contracts takes allegations of scamming and contract breaking extremely seriously for the good of everyone using the channel, both mercs and clients. However a fair amount of complaints are simply baseless. We look into all allegations and if action is needed, it is taken to ensure the integrity of the channel. In this case, the action was to temp ban Vegas for what I considered to be a substantial misrepresentation of the situation and subsequent waste of my time.

Vegas' angry rants that earned his corp a permaban after the fact will be featured on Declarations of War Ep. 22, not to be missed ;)

The tower was repaired and restronted, I wouldn't call that a failure. We completed the terms of our contract.

I already posted the chat logs, showing that you cancelled your contract with us, and clearly stated that if you wanted to rehire us, you would get back in contact. When you did, we were busy on two other contracts, and I declined.

Vegas attempted twice to hire narwals, both times he changed his mind or called it off. They were under no obligation to refuse contract against someone who has not yet hired them.

Also I don't want to sound cheeky because the official sum of isk has nothing to do with anyone, but Narwals cut us a pretty good deal most likely because of who the target was.

The opportunity loss is a factor considering you hired mercs to save your precious wormhole and yet they apparantly couldnt save you either (i know you hired them to protect your POS) instead you get farmed like rats. If you didnt want the wh for profit and you got oh so much characters earning so much more in highsec incursions maybe you really should have considered staying in highsec, just put the tail between the legs and admit you lost the isk war in ships. As I sad Vegas might be a whiner and douchebag but the guys that defended/owns the wormhole seems to encourage that with their own tears and douchebag posts, although making this all more hilarious for the rest of us to read and feed upon and write stupid **** like I just did. Its fun to see people who claim to not care about spaceships care so much.

the funny thing is they have convod me and agreed to pay a ransom because they can't run incursions while we war dec them, so the whole they're making isk thing isn't true either

Hmmm..... guessing this aint exactly what one would call good press for the merc business.

As a casual observer the whole thing smells a bit..... seems like mercs clubbing together to crush the truth.

You keep wishing it was my POS and my wormhole, I haven't lived in wh space in nearly 1 year. But when I did live in wh's I had a faction fit Domination Death Star with 5 level 5 Starbase Defence alts, so you wulda been r4ped at my front door.

We find hole, we take hole. We fight and remove occupants.

We are hounded and convo'd by Vegas at every turn, calling us names. Telling us we're retards and Trannies.

I NEVER hired any mercs except Narwhals to do the bashing of your POS, which never happened as you know (as I've explained before), the so called mercs are NOT mercs, they're fighting you b/c they all knew this would be the result, as I promised them all the "Tears of a Life Time" campaign.

Ok, breaking news - we found out that these guys are somehow collectively related to the fail merc alliance known as Vae. Victis (please read more if interested "Fail Vae Victis Merc Alliance Teabagging") We basically closed them down when they tried to get their start. So, our next campaign will be to hunt down all their mains related toons to this fail alliance and kill them all.

Also, you only seem to camp us in when there are non of us online... like 2-3 people camped in isn't an achievement.

You haven't as much as hindered any of our operations so far.
