maybe the DED skill should be changed a bit:
Skill at dealing with Concord Department and negotiating bounties
Bonus fee of 1.500 isk per pirate head per level of the skill
that just a laugh for a skill which isnt easy to train ( need social L5) ... so it wont work for startup chars .. and its useless for L4 mission/Ratting.
would see that changed to like
Bonus fee of + 5% isk per pirate head per level of the skill
would make a bit more sence and make that skill usefull ...

It works really good.
Only DED and CONCORD agents hand it out in missions.

Also, even if you train the skill to level 5, you only get 7,500 ISK extra per kill. If this is meant to help noobs make isk of high-sec ratting, this may work. But in the case of more experienced players (those most likely to have Social to level 5), that is an extra 7.5k per Battleship rat in 0.0
I agree, this should be a +3% or a +5% bonus to bounty level, so a 1.8 mil Gurista battleship is now worth 2.25 mil (if the bonus is at 5% per level, and is trained to level 5).

It means you used to be able to do missions for DED and CONCORD. But you can't anymore. So you can't get this book.

Afaik there was a skill in the Database ages ago that was called 'Bounty Hunting' and requires DED Connections at V, with the effect of giving 5% more bounty per level. I have no idea what happened to the concept, though.

DED and Concord agents got disabled before I started to play, those connectionskills are somewhat newer.
The DED skill does not work like the other connection skills granting additional LPs but granting additional ISK per lvl of the skill when killing NPCs with a bounty. But as the skill is not available to anyone it is moot point to discuss it.

Most people on earth separate numbers the following way: 1.500,75 and not 1,500.75
In your example it would be 1.801.500,00Isk
And no, the DED connection skillbook is not available short of a GM handout. The chance for that is very close to 0.

I'm not sure about that... if you look ingame, numbers are shown this way: 50,000,000.00 and not 50.000.000,00
