I am a terrible skill queue'r so i know i am missing some important core skills, here are the ships i fly and my Eveboard link will be at the bottom. Hopefully you guys will see the skills i am probably missing and help me. I am primarily a Missile User.
Tengu (HAM fit),
Basilisk (Incursions)
Raven (I want to get into LVL4 Missioning)
Currently Training into T2 Frigates (Stealth Bomber)
Exploration (Data/Relic)

Not really considered a 'core' skill, but you need better drones.
Right now, your drones are slow and weak. It's because of the skilling.
Get the easy ranked skills up to V and the longer skills to IV. You will be able to feel the improvement at every level.
Missile support skills to V will help a lot. CPU management is most important for fitting missile boats.
The actual/relevant ship hull skills are very important. V is the goal for those as well.
I closed the eveboard link. Just going by memory here, but I don't think you need MORE skills, just improve the ones you already own. |

as above really, improve what you already have first
you really need to get those drone skills up, when running lv4 missions in a battleship you need your small drones to be chewing up npc frigs while you use your cruise missiles on the bigger ships.
get missile support skills to at least 4
target painting 4 and signature focussing 4 will help you apply missile damage a lot
advance weapon upgrades 4 will help with fitting |

Train all youre engineering skills except thermo to 5, get advanced weapon upgrades to at least 4, 5 is great.
Train tengu subs to 5, or don't use it. Train missile support and specialization to 4. Train compensation skills to 4, including the radar one, think radar is for caldari.. sorry too lazy to look..
Train t2 mediums drones and t2 cruise missiles for the raven.
That will be a good start for the ships you want to fly.
