I swear the day is coming when, just to give my people a nice present for all of their hard work and restraint, that I log in and declare war on 15-20 alliances at once for a couple weeks. I mean, why limit ourselves to just one target every few weeks when we could turn all of Empire into a bloodbath?
Who cares if we are shooting the Goons for BoB or for some guy who convo'd me and offered me 40 isk (ten per corp!) to shoot at them? Maybe we're getting paid in CNR's from the tourney from another alliance?? Or a GM spawned 20 Rattlesnakes in my hangar because Remedial question Ovuer's alcohol tolerance! 
Honestly, why do you care?
