im getting VERY shaky feelings from ccp. im only on a few hours a day, and each day now, getting crash after crash, and this time, i crashed in the middle of a 8/10 complex . if i come up with my drones or my ship gone...ffs. losing ALOT of confidence in ccp's ability to make this game enjoyable.

I've experienced crashes before of course, no-one who plays this game more than a week cold have avoided them, but this is the first time it's crashed while i've been in a fight. Can someone tell me if the fight goes on and i'm about to lose my ship, or will i still have one when it comes back up?

Third time this has happened to me in the middle of the same mission.
Finished EA1/5.....this time went back to mine the kernite and omber. Can 90% full of kernite.......pop to desktop. GRRRRRRR
(I know it doesn't compare to possibly losing your ship, but its still irritating as hell.)

I love this game enough to ignore downtimes and such, but still.... it feels like the overgrown hobby of a (incredibly intelligent, admittedly) college roommate sometimes :D
Seriously, with the database issues why is it so terribly hard to simulate load on the test server? You don't need players logged in to hammer the database... if it is indeed a DB problem....

This is getting beyond a joke. We pay for a service and u provide it. U dont provide it and we still have to pay for something we dont get. Put it this way. Ur a company man in a company car and u crash and its deemed not to be ur fault. Companys pays for it. Now EVE. Ur a paying customer, EVE crashes, not ur fault, company should pay for it. The amount of times its crashed or been not been working should atleast mean an extra day not to mention all the loses of isk and time. My 2 cents anyways.

In regards to a crash provided other conditions do not exsist which cause the destruction of your ship you are reset to a safe spot in the sector and auto warp to the nearest landmark. If you have lost your ship well your pod will do the above.

Thread mopped up a bit.
Keep it civil. Yes, it's aggravating, irritating, and sometimes a down right pain - especially with ships on the line. However, yelling, swearing, and/or insulting CCP or the Devs does NOTHING for anyone.

Speaking of the extra subscription day whenever server goes down. I know WoW does that. It is actually a good idea. CCP isn't sacrificing much letting players play an extra day or two due to server crashes and unexpected downtime and it boosts player relations resulting in more re-subscriptions.

You mods are wrong again. Swearing and yelling at CCP helps release all the pent up frustration cause by the sorry state of the servers these days. But of course the mods get off censoring us anyway. Nothing like a bunch of power trippers in charge of the forums.

Copy and paste from a thread in workarounds.
I was on the last lvl of the 5/10 drone plex where I suffered from really bad lag. Eventually had to log as only 1 gun would fire and my drones wildly ran off to attack the Strain Mother and start it armour tanking to my anoyance.
When I managed to log back on after about 10 minutes I docked and then to rub salt in the wounds I lost about 300 Plush (thousands of units of Zydrine) for no apparent reason. Thought maybe after the hamsters had been kicked in to touch it would return but it's still gone.
Would be interested to know if anyone has tried petitioning this or do I have to write it all off as a waste of 2 hours.
An answer to this question is the least I expect as a customer.

had 2 get it up on the list also.
i can understand 1 maby 2 days of upsy from ccp server wise , but 3 days in a row ..
some 1 kick some 1 that can kick some1 else 2 get it fixed , or @ least post some comments on why its busted , and where we can send in the rantings of hate mails and what not...

I don't want a refund, but it'd be nice if they could determine and fix the problem. I'm sure they're trying their hardest.
All I ask is if the current problem dosen't resolve soon they change the server name from Tranquility to "Yo-Yo" or something :)
