@at the people who seem to be arguing with a non-entity: didn't I hear CCP telling us all to ignore the alts and let them be cleaned? 
@Dangerous: You are very correct that the north would benefiet from corps such as Lynx, GTU etc. I just don't see any benefiet in us staying in the north. Too much hassle for no real benefiet. We've had better morale and more fun than we've had for a long time since leaving the north and I hope Lynx can find the same  .

Past history is irrelevent to me now. Truthfully. If D-F-C was to stay in the north now we would only stagnate and lose people and morale. The people we would see as blue would only remind us of past greiviences and pointless hostility. I can see others feeling exactly the same way.

This is 100% true.
If you spend too much time doing the same thing, you get morale problems and people getting bored. Ya need something to focus on, something other than a roid because, as they say, isk can't buy happiness.
Targets buy happiness.
It's really great having local targets while the rest of the corp is in carebear mode. It also increases the chances of us getting a fight as there are only 4-5 of us actually focused on fighting right now so we don't get too blobby.
I know a lot of people loathe the fact that the north is so unstable at the moment but there are a few corps that thrive off it, and actually need the instability to keep interested.
Everything is much more interesting and fun right now and I'm sure lynx and DFC agree
