Jandeera Gallente Lynx Frontier Inc.	Posted - 2006.08.05 19:54:00 - [1] Lynx frontier is setting FLA/IRON to -10 for various reasons. FLA standings change is due primarily for recent acts of open hostilities towards our members resulting in ship losses. Lynx had set FLA corporations standings to + while working through residency issues in deklien. The unwillingness to honor the positive standings has left us little choice in our decision. IRON is being set -10 due to the fact that they have set lynx to -10. We have not changed any standings towards any other dek/fade residents or d2. Our stance of aggression is towards FLA. So it takes 3 weeks to get production right wich was part of the agreement for residency but only takes 2 hours to remove station right.. Thanks d2 for such prompt attention. I have issues. We did what we could, whether it was fighting in the best ships we had, or running fuel and ammo into and through a gate camp on purpose to keep the fight up. We were told we could keep our offices in Northern Dek and then... "2006.07.27 01:51 Your lease on an office at D2 Deklein CZD Art of War Factory will expire on 2006.08.26 01:22:00. You have 30 days to vacate the location. If the location is not empty after that period then your belongings there will be taken as payment." "2006.07.30 16:13 Your lease on an office at D2 Deklein UEJX Mostly Harmless Refinery will expire on 2006.08.29 16:10:00. You have 30 days to vacate the location. If the location is not empty after that period then your belongings there will be taken as payment." This occurred all within hours of being told we could keep our offices. We had to convo people to first dock and then get manufacturing rights, only to have them taken away the next day. We have sent Eve-mails asking what is going on, which have been unanswered for 3 weeks now. What are we supposed to think? A lot of the LYNX membership, who have given alot, get the cold sholder and now have decided to respond the only way they know how. At least now, people know we are still here. I know that we lost the war to D2 and that D2 had every right to kick us out. I also know that alliances take forever to decide anything, but a mail explaining what was going on and why they were saying one thing and doing another would have been nice, even if it was telling us they hadn't made up their minds yet. Remember, the old IRON and G set the bar for us. We've been striving to achieve that goal ever since. In a way, you trained us. We were a major part of the industrial backend and now we're set negative. To our friends left in the north, I'm sure we will maintain strong friendships, even though the overview tells us otherwise. It's not that we're lost for words. Lynx has never been hyper-active on the forums. Our main policy is not to feed the trolls, and we only post when we feel it is truly necessary.

KateLice Uhh Kate, it's not like you were alone in this. We had the exact same problem in CZDJ/UEJX for a time. Midiana Eternal Rising Freelancer Alliance	Posted - 2006.08.06 21:39:00 - [20] I'd like to add whilst I respect the comment from a Fate member above about Lynx and indeed all the collegaues and aquaintances around in the north, I would like to point out FLA have tried to be as helpful as possible to residents of dek that have been displaced or disrupted due to the wars up here. Its only a handful of people that had no interest in trying to work something from the ashes, didn't want to deal with FLA, or were just down right unreasonable that are suffering issues. More reds ftw in my opinion a blue overview is a boring one, but don't whinge about unfair treatment when you started the shooting. Lynx are not that new to 0.0 and nowhere do I see anything that states you must have X amount of 0.0 experiance to know not to gank members of the alliance your supposed to be discussing standings with WHILE your discussing standings. Doesn't go down well.

Dangerous, I will not accept Lynx flying with a known pirate corp in Deklein, heading south to VFK and JU and firing upon Dek residents and IRON members alike. It is not my responsibility to sort this out. I'm not sure if anyone has noticed but there are larger things afoot in the North presently, and Lynx frontier is currently not a top priority of mine. However, if Kate is willing to contact me then I of course will make the time. I know there are two sides to every story and I am never one to ignore that fact. Elite Scouting
