We manage to probe down a lot of their booster alts or catch them AFK at a gate too. They also like to warp carriers and dreads to belts to pop rats. Once one of their dreads went into siege to pop this Shadow Serpentis cruiser. LOLZ They probably deserve a wardec more than anyone else in the game.

Done, why do you need a real reason, you could just make one up such as the color of his shirt or the way he parts his hair that annoys you so much you just feel the need to stomp his face hin.

Yeah, this. This sounds legit. I like this one. I'm also of the opinion that you should throw a dart of a board with names and letters on it, find something similar and dec them.

I have only done it twice for lols and got so many tears in evemails (tearmails) and in private convos that it was worth the isk. Possibly the most effective isk I have ever spent. 1st Corp - Disbanded over about 2 days without a shot being fired. 2nd Corp (Singleplayer corp-Trader alt) - The dude to moved out of Jita in a fail attempt to hide. He Changed corp twice - so we just dec each corp he joined. We cut off his income for 2 weeks. His tears were the tastiest - he just couldn't stop raging - even when I stopped replying he kept sending free tears. So I guess I am saying - don't pick someone to war dec. Let them pick you. :)
