Got the Hawk with a Retribution. T2 pulses with Scorch took out the logis, then managed to get the DPSer with Gleam. Need to use longer range crystals next time. Permanently tanked with small rep II, cap recharger, power relay, two hardeners, and nano pump rigs. |

Check the tested fittings thread for setups that work against the Vengeance and Jaguar as well. Still haven't found one for the Enyo, but been busy so haven't had much time to test. |

Burner stats current iteration
All Logi Burner have an according ingame resistance profile, first one listed is always the weakest: Armor Logi = Explo/Kin weak resistance Shield Logi = EM/Therm weak resistance
All Assault Ship Burner have an according ingame resistance profile, first one listed is always the weakest: Vengeance = Therm/EM weak resistance Hawk = EM/Explo weak resistance Enyo = Explo/EM weak resistance Jaguar = Kin/Explo weak resistance
All Numbers are round about numbers, they could differ because of smashing, wrecking hits form turrets, i made mistakes or Fozzie changes them Vengeance 100% EM DPS to tank: ~260 DPS perma
Hawk 100% Kin DPS to tank: ~360 DPS perma
Enyo Antimatter so roughly 50:50 Therm:Kin DPS to tank: Min, max numbers are due to smashing and wrecking hits from the Enyo. min 400 DPS max 460 DPS ~430 DPS perma

You're overstating the amount of dps required to break the logis a bit there - I've managed it against the caldari and minmatar burner teams using a T2 fit retribution that does 174 dps cold/200 hot. However, the enyo seems way out of line atm, both in terms of how much its logis can tank and how hard it hits.

I changed my post according to your numbers, when you have more please post them. I'm pretty sure you need at least ~180 missile DPS vs the Caldari, Mini guys, because i tried a Hawk with faction damage mods + T2 rigor rig, T2 EM missiles (explo radius at 20) with 182 cold and 215 hot and the Logis didn't even sweat at 182 cold DPS. Now Burner Team spawns at 45km. Is this intentional? It takes more time to kill them after that change because you have to catch logi or wait until they fly to you :( I liked more when they were at zero.
As for previous burners created spreadsheet (see Burner Team tab): Burner Team Stats |

It seems that the burner supporter just orbit the main target .. and if they are far away from each other, they cannot rep themself. So, you just need to wait and bring enough DPS that they die before they are close enough for reps again. (That was before the last patch) |

Quite sure. You definitely do not need 400+ dps to perma tank them. Sometimes there are 'wreaks' or 'misses' so actual dps will vary slightly.
This new 45km distance change annoys. Just tried Jaguar - it is at zero but logistics are at 45km. |

Weird things going on.... All Burner except the Jaguar warp in at 40km, i guess to make kiting viable. Short Version, forget any LML Garmur or Hawk setups either DPS is too low or sig too big. Long range Rocket, Rail and Pulse+Scorch setups work on the Vengeance, Hawk and the Enyo is again the odd one out, the Enyo Logis just seems to have taken drugs. The LML setups were obviously MWD all other has to be AB. AB setups aren't that difficult thanks to the stats from jackudza, make sure your AB speed is higher than the Burner you are fighting, set keep at range for your highest DPS, adjust your speed manually to match the Burner speed to avoid fubars. This kind of AB kiting is like set everything up, go afk, come back 5mins later....
Edit: Make sure your optimal DPS is at least 20km, better something in the range of 26km for Rail and Pulse+Scorch, because of tracking etc. Rocket setups are ok with about 22km range as you burn away and the NPC following you. Tried already but with 2 target painters. Burnes became easier for kiting fits but harder for dps fits. As a result killing time increased from ~2:45 to more than 4 minutes. Sad. For example previously I was able to kill Enyo Burner with close range high dps T2 fitted Wolf and now it is not so simple. |

I have to say, I only tried the hawk one, but I enjoyed them much much much more than the first round of burner missions.
The NPCs seem to cheat much less, because their power is divided in three, and I feel like the fight taking more time let you enjoy more the strategic side of it.
It still feels "wrong" though to put these missions into the lv4 common pool, because, again, what they require is far from being what the rest of lv4 require.
Thus I'm still in favor of finding a way to put these missions on specific agents or something like that. And again, if its the fear that player might "exploit" these missions to get better rewards... Then the problem comes from their reward balancing, not the players.
But the sheer fact of having this round 2 take more time to run than the round 1, should probably ease the concerns and maybe make the fact of having them on a separate pool a viable idea. Signature Tanking - Best Tanking
