This is a post to order/hire some mercs or gankers or any corp for a 2point attack in differing space(high and low sec)
The First part will deal with High Sec and the hiring of The Marmite Collective to wardec Triumvirate.(terms to follow with bonuses based on performance, solo and collectively)
The Second part will be a chance to hunt down/kill/engage Triumvirate in low sec , probably around Derelik region.(Details to follow along with Bonuses for successful and with compensation for effort for unsuccessful attempts)
First part is for The Marmite collective only and for Tora Bushido to formally accept my proposal.
As from Thursday 25th September unitl January the 1st of 2015 (roughly 14weeks) I shall pay Tora 500mill every Monday for the first 4weeks to war against Triumvirate then I shall pay monthly (2bill) until he has been paid the grand total of 7bill for the 14weeks work. during the 14 week period Tora will assess his own corporations performance and if he deems it poor/poor kills he shall offer maybe a free week etc
Bonuses During the war will be paid one week in arrears and shall be fixed at:-
zero to 100mill of kills--100mill bonus(paid Directly to Tora (on a Monday)who shall have sole rights to share/or do as he sees fit)
100 to 200mill of kills ---250mill bonus
200 to 400mill of kills---400mill bonus
400mill and up worth of kills on supplied killmail for the week---500mill bonus , plus at my discretion a special ship/s gift for superior and uber kill/s
Finally at my discretion any marmite player may ask for a special solo effort bonus if he deems himself as showing and providing above and beyond normal effort.(this will be in the form of a rigged ship or deadspace or even an officer Module which he solely will have the rights to do with as he personally pleases and is not binded or linked to the corporations efforts)
The 2nd part is linked to low sec , as most of the Triumvirate are there in this space(mostly Derelik region) , other corps who freely submit killmails to me of kills against Triumvirate will receive Bonuses or rewards as I deem fit , I have sole control over this as to gift or not gift them effort rewards/bonuses, both successful and unsuccessful efforts will maybe be rewarded , the better the kills the more you may be gifted (this may be some ships replaced to help continue the War Effort or simply rewards for Uber kills resulting in deadspace or officer modules) This is not a contract as like in the First part offered to The Marmite Collective as you don't really need to wardec the players to engage them in low.

Also this is a response to the question asked ..........................What can you do ?(this is what I can do)
Also as to the information given, we killed you because we want the killmail and we could( I want some killmails of my own)
Finally anyone submitting a killmail to me with any of these players on this/my kill https://zkillboard.com/kill/40743954/ will be Handsomely rewarded again with what I deem fit to give for the kill

Marmite did the job in high sec efficiently considering the lack of movement in that area from PC-X and the rest of Triumvirate
Low sec seemed to be a problem for a game of Pvper's , no one seemed to want the job

The list could go on and on, as I and a friend spoke to many
Whether it was the idea of killing some structures or actually fighting some detailed and specified individuals is uncertain , most didn't do low sec structures
Anyways The Volition Cult scored and put PC-X in the place where they belong ---- Hiding when they stop watching their pos/s too many spam attack emails and boring siphon units to contend with
