Can someone tell me how can you beat this Taranis, with this setup, in a 1v1 inty fight, with regular stuff on (no implants, no gistii modules etc...)?
I'm a nub of inties fight so don't flame me pleaseee 
3x 150mm Railgun II [40x Javelin S]
1x MWD II
1x Fleeting Web
1x Fleeting 20km Scrambler (or 7.5km if you like it...)
1x Small Armor Repairer II
1x Pseudoelectron Containment Field
1x MAPC
Ofc with a good pilot on it ^^

Well, being huzzah, you have a severe penalty on winning or even fitting t2 modules... i'd just get a rifter if i were you.

Can you post here any good setup with energy neut please? AFAIK you can't fit any nos/energy neut on a Crusader without gimp it, i'm wrong?

How 'bout a Crow?
Hi: 3 x 'arbalest' standard missile launchers
Med: Mwd, 20k scram, hmm... a passive kin resist maybe
Low: 2 x cpr, nanofiber
Just orbit at 16-18km so he doesn't get stuck in your web... then pound you with missiles
Dunno if you have good enough tracking to hit him, but think it would be a even match...

Drop the resist for a tracking disruptor :)
Come to think of it, in general, if you know they're 'mostly' gunships, tracking disruptors will ruin their day.

i like to use sensor dampeners over tracking disruptors to reduce the locking range and it works against pesky crows ^^

If he's using Javelin you should be able to close quickly and out-track him.
