Well, we all know that the days are numbered for world's collide in empire. Soon the mission ships out to low-sec only. Brought up an interesting question to me though, does that mean (1) you can only get world's collide from low sec agents, or (2) that if you are in empire next door to low sec you can get the mission from that agent in the 0.4 system? Although I don't know for sure it seems to me that (sadly) the first option sounds the most likely.

That's because currently the change has not been made. I'm more curious for future planning with agent running because I know this change will be made with a patch in Kali if not before. I'm unclear about this future change being low sec agents only or if you can get it from a high sec agent next door to low sec.

How do you *know* it will be changed?
Well not to take this topic too far off the topic of my OP, but I read a thread about the mission and Zrakor logged on to mention the change. No link, it's a very old thread that I can't remember the name of. As evidenced by the off topic discussion above, I'm not the only one who knows about the change.

a very good point was brought up earlier -- this is a bug that's getting fixed.
For those of you who do the minmatar WC .... can a high sec agent hand out this mission in a next door low sec system, or can it only come from a low sec agent in a low sec system? This is the point I wanted an answer for from this thread instead of the discussion of the merits of the decision.

Dev posts if you scroll down. Kinda vague, but I suspect this is where he got the idea: Link
That's the one Thanks for finding it.

Some missions (such as World's Collide and Intercept The Saboteurs) are only spawned in the system where the agent resides. As WC should only be offered by agents in < 0.5 security systems this means that, when 'fixed', you will only be able to get and run WC in such systems.
Cheers, Arrs.
I think you are correct because I can only remember wc being in the same system as the agent, so then the answer is self-obvious like you said. Thanks for reminding me. Should be interesting, I always preferred 0.0 or empire to low-sec, but we shall see
