Quote: Ahh didn't know that since never actually copied a BP yet always used my originals.
Then again I'm not flying my BP around to my research lab anytime soon ;p leave it in the factory slot where it's nice and safe for now (barring bugs etc) heheh
Dont sell copies.
Bascically doing so will simply drive down the price and thereby lower the price of your BPCs themselves... People in a hurry to buy copies tend to sell-on and drop prices, once agian going back into the mad cycle of nobody making any profit from anything.
Buy in the minerals and manufacture if ya dont want to mine but forget all the calls for BPCs - its fools-gold going that way.

Even if he agrees to mfg and keep the price high, at some point someone WILL eventually get an original and sell copies cheaply. The rate of the miner 2 flood is limited by the way it enters the game, but it will enter the game.
Just do whatever you feel like. Forget price fixing. |

Anyone who has an original will spend more time making copies than it will take to make the miners himself, and then the copies will only produce a set amount and no more. A smart person will make only copies of the bp and auction them off, that way only a set number will be introduced into the market with no minerals expended by the bp original owner.
Your Mega Afocal Pulse Maser I perfectly strikes Asteroid (Veldspar) [R0ME], wrecking for 798.3 damage.
Your 425mm Railgun I perfectly strikes Guardian Captain, wrecking for 685.9 damage.

Copying at this point would be silly. Purchase the minerals if you don't have them available.
Consider not only that copying a single run takes longer than producing an item, but also that in the time it takes to make enough copies to make a profit, other people will be getting the BP as well.

He doesnt have to "agree" to anything, its his BP im sure he will do as hes pleases.
My point is simply that there is no such thing as a "duty" to th res tof the galaxy or "poor n00bs" or any other mythical empathetic beast that many call upon so THEY can get what THEY want as cheap as possible (and sod the consequences).
Its fallacious.. and rather silly.
People seem to think there is an imminent price collapse on the way - I can tell you for sure that the only way that will happen is by panickers... there simple are not hundreds of people anywhere near to obtaining Miner II bps anytime soon.
2 weeks, 3 weeks, 4 weeks...
Ive never succumbed to "Panick selling" and thats why i made my first solo billion without even sweating.. just because you dont sell everything in 30 seconds doesnt mean you are either overcharging or there is no market for the item.
I mean, c'mon im still getting 20-25mil for implants yet Trade channel et al insist they cant be sold for more than 10-12.
As for the "poor n00bs" - well Ive yet to see one... a new char can make more from mission in a day than a starting could could in the first week of eve.. "Oh them was the days...you youngsters never had it so good..."

Not a collapse, but it won't be sitting at 4M for much longer I promise you that. =)

Quote: link on post above shows agent status and missions completed all for same level 3 agent of Pator Tech School, my Minmater republic faction started at 7.something but dropped to 6.85 or so from refusing silly missions.
Here's what I don't understand. You say your Minmatar faction standing was over 7 when you started, and sometimes it dropped to 6.85 for refusing missions.
My Minmatar standing has never raised over 6.0, it seems to be the max you can get atm. Am I wrong on this? I keep bribing my agent to keep it at that level, as refusing those Amamake missions causes it to drop a few decimals.
Does someone else have their faction or corp standings over 6.0?? I know your agent can love you at +10.0%

I had all empire factions at 9+, but then some damn smurf made a pile of monkeycode and one mission for a lvl1 agent took me down to 2.0 for all but amarr which is now at around 7.0
And as always CCP just said something to the tone of "go talk to that brick wall over there, it'll listen more then we do"

Been there, done that. Only ones I got to keep was my Caldari and Mordu's legion at +10.0. Quite funny, if one consider that I've not been in Caldari space since 2 weeks after the release...
