I don't understand how using this site can guarantee that the number chosen will be a random one and not one picked out by you to give to a buddy? Maybe there are others who are confused too and if you explain it then they also might participate. (I like the idea but I thought a better way was the idea of some powerball number that hasn't been drawn yet. That way all know that there is an actual group that is monitoring to make sure the numbers drawn are truly random.)

you have just got to trust me mate. the NAGA lottery and several other lottery's have used www.random.org and it has all worked out just fine.
wether a nub/alt or veteran will win this, i honestly dont know.
I checked your ingame information and see that you are new to the game, NAGA are one of the biggest t2 sellers in the game, but that doesnt say that you have to trust me, it just tells you that this has been used before.
if you dont trust me fine.. just dont enter and dont post please..
And another good thing about random.org is that this can end whenever all the tickets are sold, and dont have to wait until some other lottery drawing or something like you suggested.

Alright!
I cant belive how well that went and how fast it sold out so it is very likely that there will be another carrier lottery very soon 
Surprisingly the winning ticket was not from a Outbreak member 
Anyway.. The winning number picked was 61, holder of that ticket is Eddie Rukinzki.
i will contact you ingame.

Oh and, for the next lottery Chode Rizoum and Kujin will get free tickets for purchasing so many with no luck.
And, i just noticed that the character who won is young and **** and probably cant ever use the carrier properly, so if you guys got any ideas about how the next lottery could be diffrent please share!
(should i check everyone's info and you have to be at least this or that old to enter?)
