Alright!
I cant belive how well that went and how fast it sold out so it is very likely that there will be another carrier lottery very soon 
Surprisingly the winning ticket was not from a Outbreak member 
Anyway.. The winning number picked was 61, holder of that ticket is Eddie Rukinzki.
i will contact you ingame.

Oh and, for the next lottery Chode Rizoum and Kujin will get free tickets for purchasing so many with no luck.
And, i just noticed that the character who won is young and **** and probably cant ever use the carrier properly, so if you guys got any ideas about how the next lottery could be diffrent please share!
(should i check everyone's info and you have to be at least this or that old to enter?)

yeah mate. 20 million with 100 tickets is 2 billion isk you get. buy an dread on the market an you have made yourself a free dread.
please do something normal like this lottery (15*70=1050M) so not such an ridiculous high profit.

TO start with try picking something else than rendom.org since we can't check it so we can't tell it's a scam or not. That young char can be a alt or a char on a friends account or something and we will never know. If you pick a thing we can check like the bonusball with a national lotery noone can get doubts.
To the winner: Hf with the carrier in 2 years. I advise to pick the minmatar one since it sucks so badly now CCP will have it boosted prolly unballanced overpowered at that time :)
