Can you reinstall the EVE Launcher from this link: http://cdn1.eveonline.com/EveOnlineLauncher/release/EVEOnlineLauncher_2_1_826897.exe
Also you can run the EVE Repair Tool with --safemode to fix the issue you've got. |
