Noir. is an established mercenary corporation that was formed in 2008 by our current CEO Alekeseyev Karrde.Our play style requires us to be nomadic, moving around New Eden so that we can strike from convenient locations for whatever contract we have currently accepted.
We are an all-timezone, English-speaking corp.
When deployed, we ask our members to be in the contract area at all times.
We pride ourselves on maintaining high efficiency percentages and getting the job done at all costs.
We have a pretty laid back, adult, and no drama corporate culture.
Our unique suite of out-of-game tools give us distinct advantages, allowing members to stay connected and involved with the corporation, alliance, and the game whenever they desire.
We've recently joined the Suddenly Spaceship alliance which means that we can provide a much wider array of mercenary services.
What we are looking for:
Mature, ISK-sufficient players (Not using main to make ISK)
Experienced small to medium gang pvpers
Players willing to abide by our code of conduct
40m+ SP (Enough to fly doctrine ships well)
+to carrier/dread pilots

Traditionally we did, as we would take highsec contracts from time to time. Now no, however it can be challenging for quick contracts to get places. Typically I have just moved ships in a jf real quick across the highsec portion of travel and interceptored there with the poor sec character. Not the end of the world. |

A lot of people are probably wondering how contracts are paid, or think pay is reserved for leadership and pennies are then passed down.
5% of the contract fee is put into the corp to cover costs like pos's, moving or bridging. The other 95% is paid out to members based on their performance. Your payout is a reflection of damage done(in isk) and your losses received(in isk). We have our own killboard that is used to track these stats. We have a scout/logistics feature so our logi doesn't have to try and ***** on kills to get paid, or our interdictor holding the other side of a gate gets to simply add himself rather than worrying about jumping through and tagging the kill.
When we do "single op" contracts like pos saves the pot is split evenly amongst the entire fleet. Interceptors to dreads.
We think this is a pretty unique way of making isk in eve. Fly tight on contract and Plex your account, or buy a new shiny toy. Either way Noir(and our alliance) have a very transparent, awesome way of paying out individual pilots.
