ONLY got kicked AGAIN whislt hunting rats.
ONLY took best part of 20 attempts to log back in.
ONLY lost most of me shields.
ONLY gonna get totaly and royaly ****ed off when i lose me ship

Rancid,
I got an email today tell me all was fixed and that they where truly sorry for the wait.
They said that they had a problem with routers and the server. No S**t!!!
Anyway all was supposed to be fine, i connected the router back up and tried to log in my accounts...same thing, suck on the handshake on one computer the other "server down".
Nice to see that you got this problem under control.... oh yeah i forgot to mention,thanks CCP cause now i can't connect to the server either way(router or not) ,and i can get in the forums or anywhere else for that matter.
Had to come to work just to get in the forums and post this short message.
It only took 35 minutes to load the page there !

odd....
i have not recived any email concerning this issue.
however with in a short period of making a nasty post in the eve-ideas lab i get an email concering trolling.
shame they cant put even a fraction of this effort into resolving support issues.
instead of just offering threats to people who aim their disgust on the forum.
(i mean where else are you going to air your disgust....no one pays a blind bit of notice to the support or email do they)
so i get threatened with a ban.....
so what i cannot play the game with any confidence as it is.
truely **** poor.

Iv been having the problem also, but not as bad as you guys.
Iv been strugling to get by the "handshake part" on say 50% of log in. My friends have also had this problem.
But i do get in.

odd i have recived an un-official email from someone at ccp suggesting this is due to a router outside of CCP's control.
laugh a minuit......
and still no offical responce at all...of any kind...
except for the email telling me to stop trolling.
You (CCP) ask the public to buy your game.
you ask us to invest time and effort and feelings and then you treat us like something you stepped on in the street.
not sure how long i can be bothered to put up with this.

I am trying to help out with this issue in another thread that has a more descriptive title. Pls continue a constructive discussion there.
I will close this one so we can concentrate on one topic instead of looking for answers all over the place.
