Optimal drones against rats:
Angels - EXP drones
Blood Raiders - TH drones
Guristas - KIN drones
Sansha - TH drones
Serpentis - TH drones
These are the optimum drones accoding to which drones deal most damage to the rats. Please bear in mind that the Amarrian, EMP damage, drones are the worst drones in game, both slow and does the least damage so inspite of Sansha, for example, having lower EM resistance than TH resistance the TH drones will deal more damage.

I used 5 Infiltrator II's with my Thorax and I use them with my Dominix when facing fast frigate class ships (still training for tech 2 lg drones). I chose Infiltrators for the EM damage that my hybrid guns are lacking. I haven't 'graduated' to changing my loadout depending on which NPC faction I am facing. Eventually I'll mix in some non EM damage drones as I rely on my battleship guns less than my t2 large drones.
Try EXP drones instead - EXP drones deal more damage and are also a lot faster than any other drone.

Well, it's just drone damage. I always thought it was silly/stupid of CCP to name them after the different civilizations. Sends the completely wrong message, it does, does it not?
