In the corporation menu, under the 'Wars' tab and the 'Our Wars' tab there under, click on the white flag icon to make a surrender offer. A new window will pop up where you can enter a message, and make an ISK offer. If the offer is accepted by the other corp, the ISK will be transferred automatically between corp wallets, and the war will end in 24 hours thereafter. There is no war dec cool down period, so the same war may be declared again after the 24 hours." How come can a corp surrender to us without us accepting it?

Then they can remake the exact same corp straight away and carry on as before. I'd recommend war dec'ing a corp with deployed assets. like a POS or POCOs. Not to sure about this one. If they join an alliance does the original war get stop, with a surrender notice going to the declaring corp and then a new war is started that includes the new alliance?

Either: you clicked the wrong button and accepted the surrender you are misreading the mail that was sent they disbanded and remade its a bug file a petition Have filed a petition, but as known, CCP dont give an answer fast :D The surrender was not accepted, CEO wasnt online when it happend. Tnx to all that gave good answer, the rest of you that dont give any contructive answer, get a life outside the forum.
