My corp plans on moving into low sec space (0.0) and i was hoping for some advice on a barge setup to help me survive. I have read the sticky on this subject but the stated setup involved 2 accounts. I guess im wondering if it is possible to solo mine in 0.0 and , if so, what would the setup involve

For low-sec mining, you really need a full team of three to be effective. Have one pilot with a strong tank to take hits from rats (or just a BS to take them out), one miner set for max. yield, and one hauler going full-time. Make sure you have instas for safe spots in the system, and always stay aligned to one of them so you can warp out at the first sign of trouble.
It's all about maintaining good system security in your corp/alliance and then managing the rats.

Not entirely true. You can do it with only 2 assuming you have the barge pilot in a Hulk tanking and mining. (Hulk tanks 0.0 spawns with ease) The second account hauls. Assuming you're hitting crokite you're looking at over 100mil/hour. (I think, I haven't actually done the math for a while)

A Dual Rep Domi can mine, tank, and kill in 0.0 with a relatively cheap setup without a problem . . . and when you aren't mining you can rat in it. Once you train up to a decent barge you can ditch BS mining.
Make sure you align for warp when mining and keep your eyes on local for player rats (like me  ) showing up in your system. A popped ship can really hurt profits and make your mining . . .

Dominix with two armor repairers. Probably accomadations or Tech II.

Setup is usually:
Highs: All Mining Lasers
Mids: All Cap Stuff
Lows: All Tank
Use drones to kill stuff. Keep your sentries launched and pull them in if you need to engage something close range. You can pretty much stay in the same place and mine while you kill whatever pops up.
