If someone used exploits like scripted mining routines or duping of items yes they should be banned, but gaming is a hobby , hobbys like coin collecting become valuable. So if someone took the time to work for there items with out cheating and wants to sell them to another person there is nothing wrong with that. Infact it makes the game more injoyable as work in the game brings tangable wealth. I think the people complaining the most I.E. veruna sorry if name is mispelled are probably not doing to well in the game and are thus jealous of people that are bettter gamers and thus make some money on the side.
If you have ever been to a hobbyiest fair you will know exactly what I mean.
It amazes me the amount of people in this game that think they deserve to have just as much as some mega player you know the type oh that person has to be cheating or exploiting I have been playing just as long as him and he a battleship and I am still in a cruiser. The ones I notice that say this are the ones who talk the most complaining while the other person with better items is actually working a roid field.
Lastly this game mirrors real life , it is based on hyper capitalism and I bet those people that can afford to buy 500.00 dollar items on ebay are not complaining that there welfare check is not up to snuff rather instead of wasting there time complaining and looking for handouts and being jelous malcontents , they are industrious peeps laughing all the way to the bank
There is only one BIG flaw with your arguement here Tony, and that is you click the "agree" button saying that you willingly acknowledge that all items/money, and everything else in Eve remains CCP property, no matter what, and selling outside of the game, without permission, is a crime. Being a hobby doesn't mean a damn thing. The UELA tells you everything you need to know, so using the " well, its our time, therefore we can do what we want arguement" is not valid whatsoever.
You don;t like it, don't click the "agree" button and go play somethig else. 95% of the people here abide by that rule and those who don't deserve all the hell they get for breaking it.
