About 60 billion.
You have to build them inside a POS.
Contact one of the big alliances for a build order. Im sure they'd be happy to oblige if your covering the cost.

Haha it will cost you more like 120 bil and no big alliance will build it for you since they are pretty busy building their own.

Not exactly. Mineral value is about the 60 billion mark.
Titans also require a vast amount of hauling to assemble. If I recall correctly, about 6000 components, 10k m3 each, which is 70-80 freighter runs to your most convenient station near your assembly array (which has to be in 0.0).
Then if you've got a good hauler, that can clear 20k m3, another 3000 hauler runs (which including the dock/undock cycle is _at least_ a minute or two each), to fill up the assembly array.
Not to mention that a lot of people will take the opportunity to blow up your assembly array, because killing the Titan after it's finished is way harder. So you've got to protect it for the 6 weeks build time.
120bn really won't buy you two.

OP, you know you can't send it through stargates dont you?
oh....and IIRC you cant leave 0.0 in it either, so you wont be able to show off in Jita.
...on the other hand using a banana might be a viable alternative.
