Hey Community,
something really strange situation happned to me few minutes ago.
I came in my hauler (full with npc loot) to a jita gate and was invited to gang my a noob. I joined it it to find out what he want... Few seconds later iam the target of a Guy called: "Neverwinter Nights" and he was neutral to me. Ok, he in a Domi, me in a hauler with 4 stabs and 2 jammer. I left the Gang and joined my corp gang back.
He targeted me, i jammed him and warped out to a planet. Few seconds later he came also to the belt ( no wonder, he saw in which direction i warped ) ... so, i warped out to a other planet and voila, few seconds later the domi again on my overview.. full with shield, full of armor, never been attacked by the Concord. 33km away, iam with full spead alligned to a other planet and waiting for concord. 2 minutes left, he is still 33km behind me and no Concord. I was bored and a bit afraid of that and warped again out. On the next planet the guy warped 0m to me and i was still going on warp to the safespot which i maked meanwhile. BUT NOW! Something mysterious happend.. He didnt scrambled or webbed me. he did nothing. he sind drones to me, and asked me for some millions to let me go. Well, i paid him that few millions because he seems to be having no clue that my hauler was full with hundert of millions... He let me head on and i warped away..
The question is: How did he make this? I wasnt scrambled and i wasnt webbed, i could not stop my warp with control+space, i could not warp to a other destination. the option was missing in the righ-click menues... and finally he wasnt attacked my concord. It was also very strange that he always knows where iam .. he warped everytime to the correct planet.
He was all the time with full shield..
That all looks like a nice exploit..

Yeah, thats possible, but i leaved the gang just after i was targeted and joined a new one. But Gang or not. it does not explain how he hold me. As i said, i wasnt scrambled and wasnt webbed. I made screenshot if someone wanna see that. It was absoluty strange.
And why he is blinking red? If it were a "legal" action he shouldnt blink red.

The first time someone tried this on me, I saw the message and I knew something was strange so I read the rest of the info box and figured out exactly what he was trying to do. It's really simple to figure out... and if you can't, than maybe WoW would be a better game for you! 
You didnt got it. I know that it could happens when iam ganged. I was bored, i wanted to know. I heared that a lot of Frigatte guys hanging around on the gates, scanning cargo and shooting on haulers. As i got the Gang invite, i thought that i run into this kind of trap, but i was not afraid cause of my jammers and my wcs on my hauler.
And it still have nothing to do with the fact, that i was holded by him without any kind of electronic help.

There wasn't Drones outside. Only his Ship and mine..
After i started that thread, i got a convo by a guy who told me that i was "bumped"
Usualy i made that with a MWD, never seen or heared about "warp in bumping"... but he said it could be possible. Anyone heared about that?

As i said, i joined a new friendly corp gang after i was targeted.
But as i learned now, it does not help :)

I think we can close that thread now. The investigation was succesfull.
It wasn't an exploit, it was just a lame trick. That's why we all love Eve.
We are learning everyday something new.
