PLEASE NOTE THESE TOONS DO NOT HAVE THE CARRIER BOOKS PLUGGED IN, however they can drop them in immediately. if you'd prefer, i'd be happy to inject and train L1 of your requisite carrier for the additional cost of the book prior to transfer.
note that, after the Phoebe jump changes, these toons will be valued for moving ships around empire consistently. you'll be able to use supercap sitters to transition hulls to your combat zone while flying in a ceptor to your end-point.
additionally, if you really like a toon but they're flying the wrong ship, let me know and i'll cross-train them to BS III in that other race. while i'll require payment up front, you'll get the toon after the ~6 days of training required, and you'll be all set. since scamming is prohibited in this subforum, your investment will be safe. you're welcome to see my character transfer history of 15+ toons to see that i'm a safe seller.
highlights include:
nav skills: JDC IV, JFC IV, evasive maneuvering IV
cap skills to IV
HP skills to IV
can fit cloaking devices, DC IIs, requisite tanking modules, and cap power relays/rechargers
all have +3 implants
all have no corp history, no combat history, and few transactions on their accounts - they're quite clean
cost for each toon is 6b. i'll continue to train them as i'm waiting for a sale, as i've got over a month on the accounts still.
-3 plex for power-of-two account
-2 plex for transfer
-300m for books per account
the rest is return on investment for the corpmates that contributed to do these toons four or five months ago.

pay when you're able to get online. the prior guy hasn't talked to me in two days so i think he's out.
i'll take the toon off the market when i've gotten the isk in her wallet. sha'sheer may require a few days of training but she'll be his at that point - i'll finish the training and then transfer her per our agreement at that time.
