So let's see it. What is a 'good troll'?

I see a lot of threads earn 1/10 on the troll scale, and most other threads land somewhere between 4-6. So I'm curious... what sort of trolling constitutes a ten out of ten? What do you fine connoisseurs of trolly trolling consider to be a masterful artpiece of troll? Can you provide any links, or examples to particularly well done ingame or forum trolls (the trolling actions themselves, not the people)?

Scams are alright, but I figure they fall into a different category unless the point of the scam was to enrage the person instead of make money or some other economic thing.

The first "monocle guy i'm better then you" troll thread got ALOT of people angry so i consider that 10/10 troll.
