Last night, a small, unmarked convoy slipped unhindered through several regions and docked safely in Uemisaisen.

- Obelisk BPO ME 3
- Capital Armor Plates BPO ME 65 PE 29
- Capital Cargo Bay BPO ME 44 PE 11
- Capital Construction Parts BPO ME 52 PE 9
- Capital Propulsion Engine BPO ME 73 PE 9
All BPOs have been locked down in a restricted hanger beloning to Time Cube Syndicate [TCSyn]. Production shall begin as soon as the first mineral shipment arrives. Time Cube Capital Ships [TCCS] currently has enough ISK to complete 1 full month of production.
As payment for logistic and management fees to date, [TCCS] has exchanged 1 IPO block with [TCSyn].
All 59 unreserved IPO blocks are budgeted towards the purchase and research of an additional Freighter BPO and a Capital Cargo Bay BPO. Reservations and ISK for IPO shares must be received before 04:00 EVE Time Thursday morning. After the IPO's end time, all unclaimed IPO blocks will be listed on EGSE.
