[IPO] Time Cube Capital Ships
There is great profit potential in Capital Ship construction. Construction will initially focus on freighters and will expand once the core business is established. Half of the corporate shares will be available during the IPO with the remaining shares being sold during an SMO to expand production. The IPO ISK will be used to obtain a researched Obelisk BPO and all necessary component BPOs. To allow all blueprints to be researched and production to be fully established, the first dividend will be issued November 6th. All subsequent dividends will be issued on the 1st Monday of each month. Dividends will be greater than 4% with the initial dividend being substantially higher to account for the delayed issuance.
Total Corp Shares: 10,000,000
IPO Shares: 5,000,000
Share Price: 2,000 ISK
To reserve your shares, send ISK to "Hiro Matayomi", CEO of Time Cube Capital Ships and post to this thread. All shares will be sold in blocks of 25,000 shares (50m ISK).
Corporate ground rules
1. More shares can be created if voted upon. Unpaid corporate held shares will not vote.
2. In the event of unforseen RL issues, the follow procedure will be followed. I will find a trusted individual to take over this venture. If a replacement cannot be found, corporate assets will be liquidated and issued as dividends.
3. I am not required to issue a vote to determine day to day corporate decisions, including but not limited to BPO acquisition, hiring of employees, outsourcing of work.

Good luck on your project Erfnam, unfortunately to say it couldn't have come at a worse time to start an IPO considering one of the biggest, if not biggest scams in EVE just got exposed.

And anyway, people usually only invest what they can afford to loose right ?

He is also an alliance leader, ceo of a corp and has a bit of reputation. I believe he would have a lot to loose if he tried a scam. I dont believe this IPO is a scam, its what most market gurus would call a legit business proposal.
