It kind of amusing to see your reactions. Since I am not allowed to comment on your religious beliefs I will refrain from doing that.
However, if you decide to look into what ToJ is all about you will find that what was presented before you today has been done in other games like Age of Empires Series, Dark Age of Camelot, Guild Wars, Counter-Strike, Unreal Tournament Series, World of Warcraft etc.

Be careful  In EvE online guilds can be killed. RL politics and religious stuff have nothing to do in a role playing game IMHO

You are right to some extent. With this being my 5th char in EVE I know that there are better things to dicuss that the latest theme bible or how many tanks Mr Bush have in his garage.
That said, there are more aspects to you "being forced" to play a game alongside openly christians. We will not play the game any different than most of you already play it today. We got some internal rules, set to improve the great atmosphere of our community and to assist new comers to EVE rather than to hunt them down.
Lots of feeling involved in this matter. I will not judge you for your beliefs, and hope that you will refrain from doing the same with me and my fellow corp members (who are DLing the client asap!) =) |
