This sound like a good setup? Close range setup and I figure the 200s do more damage and can track faster than the medium ones. The tank could probably go for a while too.

Small guns on a rupture... Have you ever looked at it's bonuses? At cruiser level 4 you are missing out on a 44% dps bonus, 56% at level 5.

Dont forget that t2 guns require more powergrid. I think you will be needing a RCU II and some good fitting skills to fit that, if its even possible. You might need to switch down to 180's (because i assume you mean 220's in your setup and that 200's is a error). Dont dare to use small guns on a rupture...
Edit: I notice you are using a AB instead of a MWD, so it might fit easier then...

It's not bad but the dps will be pretty weak, a rifter would be dealing nearly as much damage ( not including drones )
I like to use 4 dual 180mm II's 2 small energy neutralizers
mwd, webber and a scrambler
1600mm tungsten plate, 2 nano's 1 damage control and a gyro

I can't use medium t2 projectiles yet which is why i'm going w/ the small t2 guns so that I have enough pg and cpu to fit everything. I have maybe 50 pg left after all this.

Then you should use a elite frigate or a normal rifter... there is no need to fly the rupture with t1 small guns, that will get you killed vs basicly everyone. No rate of fire bonuses, no damage bonuses, t1 small ammo...good luck.. :)
