From Oveur's Dev Blog:
"Most courier missions have also been removed. We were going to replace a lot of them with the usual "go there and get stuff" but we felt we weren't doing anyone any favors. They will be replaced, but not in this patch."
Does this mean that agents that have a tendency to give couriers will now be giving a higher ratio of kill (or mining or trade) missions?
Or does this mean that the what few courier missions remain will simply be repeated/offered more often?
Are we seeing a new distribution of mission types from agents?

Not to be mean but read the quoted passage again.
"Most courier missions have been removed" Gone, not going to be there right?
"We WERE going to replace a lot of them with..." WERE going to replace, not we HAVE replaced.
"They will be replaced, but not in this patch" Again, not yet.
So what I want to know is....are the courier missions left over just going to be offered all the frickin' time, or are kill/mining/trade missions going to replace them.
I try to do all kill missions, but my Administration agent supposedly gives 50 kill/50 courier. Is he now going to give more kill, or perhaps are the couriers going to be replaced with trade or mining? Are the two Distribution agents going to give more kill?

Originally by: Vargrh Someone must have realised that mass displacement of mission runners to systems with command and security agents would be a post patch issue. Having watched key systems for the effect on caldari and Gallente, its already happening. Systems that were unplayably lagged with 150 pilots are now groaning under the strain of 400+ pilots trying to run missions, and I doubt most mission runners have even relocated yet. I'm glad I only occasionally do missions, when security status allows, but for those that run missions as a substantial component of their game time, are gonna be pretty buggered by this.
This shouldn't increase the number of players in the mentioned systems, it should actually decrease it. I imagine that most of the players clogging these systems are doing kill missions. Now they will have more options for high quality Kill agents. The system I am in just went from 1 Quality 20 Kill agent, to 3.
Works for me, but I dont' think it is right that so many people are going to be forced (hopefully only temporarily)out of their chosen trade.
