Message Of The Day: Needs a Scrollbar

At the moment, the MotD says: Dry runs uncovered a critical bug that we are still investigating, server is estimated now to be up at 19:00<br>Note that minimal OS for Eve will be Cutting short just before the actual information. Surely it can't be that hard to add in a small scrollbar or a larger space for MotD on the launchpad. Thoughts?
