I'm tired of the people whining as well. CCP has a wonderfull game, the hardware updates they made have improved performance dramatically. ( remember Jita, Rens, other high traffic areas that were laggy before the hardware upgrade? )
I cant stop laughing at the people thinking that code ( eve ) they pay for should be 100% bug free. Since when has ANY program/game/server/browser/etc been 100% bug free? Gimme a break.
Just becaue you can type:
print "hello world";
into notepad and have your perl script work doesn't mean you know a thing about how hard it is to maintain 1 million lines of code and keep it bug free. How many patches has your current Windows OS had in order to fix this and fix that? do you really think the latest round of Windows patches are the last?
We were all warned about the headache of the new code being installed in the dev blog. CCP could have kept their mouth shut, but was nice enough to tell us that things are about to get bumpy and WHY things are going to get bumpy.
Stop whining and gimme your stuff. I will put it to good use and fully enjoy this wonderfull game called Eve.

Whining/Feedback is a good way to let the company you have highered that you have a problem with what they are doing. Now I do agree that new thread shouldnt be made every 5 minutes, you can tag on to whatever gripe thread is on the same topic. Try to have a point, dont swear if you can help it. Making posts that needs to be filtered = scanned over post well at least for me. Unless what you are saying is funny, or so rediculouse it makes me laugh.
But now im rambling. Whine/*****/moan all you want if everything you complain about remains after an annoying amount of time quit. Thats why i left EQ2. I posted on thier feedback, tested thier proposed changes on thier test server. When all my observations and petitions were ignored I unsubscribed. I dont see the same resemblance to my issues with EQ2, in Eve. Part of it is that im a new player 2 months young. still feeling out the game. Server crashes <shrug> they are in the midst of big changes, I expected them to happen prior to patch and post patch. Am I happy about it? not at all but I have a vague understanding of why its happening, and the server down feedback is damn near immediate. Tons better than wondering why the server is down, and when it may come back up with not even a smidge of interest to inform you of what happened and when it might be fixed.

So if you went to dentist and s/he screwed your tooth up you'd have kept your mouth shut because you couldn't do it better yourself?
Whining is lame but for all sorts of different reasons.
