My threory is that alliances and corps are the ones who would be most likely to want to buy tickets and so if they bought one they may want to purchase multiples. Trying to get a titan built is an obscenely difficult job. Hell, trying to get a mothership up and running is hard enough. I do not forsee this lottery ending "soon", if at all. Having said that, if (and it's a BIG if) the lottery ever gets to a draw date and a small producer wins, they have 2 choices open to them. 1) Sell the BPO to a major alliance and make tons 'o' cash back or 2) Slap it into copy, wait six months and then sell the copy for obscene amounts of ISKies. You could probably count on about 10 bil every six months with this thing. As for the cost of the Titan to ASCN, whoever asked is too lazy to open their market window and see how much the BPOs sell for. And my tech 2 BPOs are all in permanent production so a screeny of the production queue is the best youc an get. For the guy who asked about an end date, I put down the criteria for the end date in the original post. Given the immense entry requirements to this lotto there can be no hard and fast end date stated before hand. Having said that, IF people start buying into this thing, if I have not received enough entries by 30th March 2007 I will terminate the lottery and return all cash.

I'm thinking if I win a mothership bpo I'd much rather just have a collection of capital component bpo's, and I'm told the full set is about the same value as a mothership bpo.
