Im sure quite a few more people understand it. And it does have something to do with the thread. How can you make an assumption like that if you dont understand it?

there is no need to be maxed on every part of leadership, just one of them, say shelds for example, this is because of the implants, one tpype at any one time
True. But if you just do shields, you get borked, tbh, as the number of NPCing ravens (I find) has declined in favour of the domi. Probably best to specialise in the EW ones, speed, armor and shield tanking. And put in an implant accordingly. Then have fun
