Hi,
I'm looking for a corp like this to join . Ive been playing for a month and have really enjoyed it so far.
( other then the occasional death by pirate now and then , but thats part of the fun now isnt it ?!! )
I'm 44 , married ,live in Florida , full time job.( power plant mechanic) Have been playing online for years .
No mmorpgs but racing sims ,Grand Prix Legends, Nascar and that type of stuff.
Did play Freelancer and Homeworld 1 and 2 and really enjoyed those.
Usually online everyday after work and weekends (unless there is overtime, which in this business is manditory ,
no power, no Eve :o)
I have an alt character that is flying around the Pure Blind area in an Ibis trying not to get podded .
Would like to learn all aspects of Eve and that is alot more fun with friends then alone.
I have around 900,000 skill points right now but am working on the learning skills . I'll email in game and talk to you there.

Hi, (and dont let my umm..not so serious playername scare you off before reading pls, heh)
Im new to EVE and i would like to find a nice mature and friendly corporation with mostly euro-timezone adult players.
Ive played EVE for only 28 days now, learning the early basics bit by bit.. In these days i have been both
mining(read= watching TV, heh) and mission running (10 or so days away from mining barges, made enough to buy 1st battlecruiser ang some gear) but i have already noticed that this game wont have enough content unless the content is created by myself and the player corporation i hope to find and be a part of.
About me, real life:
Im 32 old, "married with children" heh, located in Finland. I work as a product manager in a scandinavian home electronics and games distributor.
Hobby's beside computer games include making/designing of webpages and flash-thingys (amateur, purely for fun).
(I can also contribute web-stuff or crafting of a full web-portal to the corporation i join. Here's an example of our
finnish Battlefield2 -clan/community i made a basic portal: http://www.papat-clan.com )
Ive played various online games over the years. First was settlers3 in -98, heh. Then moved on to Half-life team fortress classic and other FPS games.
First MMO-game was Star wars galaxy (before the game was destroyed by major changes to gaming system). Kept a very succesful supermarket on tatoiine,
Armorsmith/swordsman, lots of industry, hehe. Wow was a short try since im more into sci-fi and more complex game economy/industry systems, did get 1 tauren
to level 60 though. Went back to FPS for Battlefield2 and although i dont actually play the game anymore im participating a lot in our community.
What kind of corporation am i looking for:
- nice mature and friendly corporation with mostly euro-timezone adult players
- Nice bunch of players who play just for fun
- small to medium size corporation with all round activities, some industry, mining and occasional fighting with purpose maybe
- No TS or microphone requirements since my daughter needs some sleep at nights.
- 0.0 access not a must since i think im lightyears away in skills
How can i contribute to the corporation:
- I will participate in corporation activities, no mandatory stuff though since real life comes way ahead
- I will aid the corporation when in need if i am able
- I can contribute webstuff, such as building web-portal and fun, coolish thingys, heh
- Im a bit of a silent one and a lonewolfer but might come up with joke or two in the corp chat :p
- When i join, i join to stay
