MD5 is 1 way, but it does not mean its impossible to beat.

agree, however the website dosent use passwords, it uses the information supplied by the game as authenication.
i have password protection capabilities programmed in for future out of game access but am waiting to see if people will even use it ingame.
and if someoen is good enough to get your logon info so they can view the website as your character then they are probably good enough to get a password typed in for site access.
The IGB headers are not a secure method to authenticate users. They can be crafted character/corp/alliance Id's are not hard to gather.
You do not need access to a users account to pose as them to a webserver trusting the IGB headers.

Seems like a very good tool.
I will check it out in a few h when i get home from work.
It allways fills my hart with warmth and fuzzyness when i see the extent some ppl are going to help their peers :)

Yeah the basic thing why people wont be using this is the eve motto: Trust noone.
The chances you would profit/take advantage of the information? Ample.
But I'll say no more =)

While I appreciate the gesture I have to be honest, I didnÆt make this for other people, I made it for me and am simply allowing other people to use it because it doesnÆt cost me anything more if just I use it or if 300 people use it.
As far as security goes, I have done my best to secure it, no matter what if someone is dedicated at breaking into your thing then they will. I am not really worried about it TBH.
Anyway, IÆm sorry for confusion about moving the host, please feel free to use it and all that
