Your high slots are probably fine... maybe a tractor beam to cut looting time.
Mid slots, ditch the 3 large extenders, look at boosting your resists. Figure out what damage you're taking (probably EM, thermal), set up your resists to match. Think of it this way, 3 large extenders = shield points your booster has to heal. 3 resist hardeners = damage you never took in the first place. Your capacitor will thank you later. Look into a shield boost amplifier if you're shield booster can't keep up, though with more resists it should have no problem
Dump the sensor booster. If you can't target fast enough, get a couple levels of targeting so you can target more things at once. It will solve the problem equally well and free up a slot. A target painter is also a good idea if you're having problems hitting frigates/interceptors, although, good drone skills are a better solution (drone 5, drone interfacing 3-4). Also if you have spare mid slots and are having trouble maintaining your shield, look into fitting cap rechargers.
Low slots, the adaptive nano and damage control really aren't helping you. By the time you're down to armor, you should be warping out. The scorpion is not an armor tank, don't try to use it as one. PDUs and BCUs are probably the order of the day there.
As to the mission itself, Massive attack has a stupid number of interceptors in it. Nothing is going to do decent damage against them. If you see a frigate with a bounty of 25k, ignore it. The only thing its doing is webbing you and drawing your fire away from important targets. After the initial warp in, deal with the cruisers first, then hit the frigates, jump through the gate. You should be facing 8-12 towers and a couple interceptors. Deal with the towers first, then the interceptors. Next pocket you'll be in the middle of a bunch of interceptors, destroyers, cruisers and battlecruisers. Only return fire on what agro's on you, and maneuver for an open part of space. The cruisers/BCs should leave you alone. You should just end up with the destroyers and inty's. Hit the destroyers first (should have bounties around 12-15k), then the interceptors, swing around, mop up the BC's (bounties at 100+k), then the cruisers. Jump through the gate. Final fight, just target the overseer and kill him, everything else will respawn so ignore it.
Hope this helps
