Honestly, though.... the antennae make sense on the Ishkur. But the Enyo and Incursus *NEED* the lance. It's what makes the ship so iconic. Ditching the lance would be like taking the gold away from Amarrian ships, or nixing Sansha ships' spikes.

I believe you're referring to the stack of Epcot Center-looking things on the back end of my favorite space U-boat?
There are lots of T2 ships that need a major cosmetic overhaul (really, they should all be totally unique hull designs like the Stealth Bombers, but CCP is legit working on that). For example: why is the Phobos the only Heavy Dictor that has those domes on it? All the others have always looked identical to their T1 counterparts.
As for the Ishkur.... lance or not, there should still be an obviously expanded drone bay, with big openings along the sides, that my swarms of AI minions can spill out of to do my fiendish pirate-y bidding :)

Ishkur obviously needs to be different so can afford to lose it (no matter my personal feelings that Incursus is the wrong hull completely for the Ishkur) but the the lance is the defining feature of the Incursus models and both it and the Enyo need it.
