Today, Arcadia announces its founding.
We are a german-speaking alliance based on mutual economic and military assistance and support to achieve common goals.
The founding members of Arcadia are:
The Galactic Empire
Die Hanse
O.D.I.N
Dragon Clan
Our members abide by a no-pirate policy.

What Derek is stating is that this second Arcadia is raining on the old arcadia who just for the heck of it might feel the need to come knocking down a few doors because someone tries to use their name...

Erm not really - the old "arcadia" was a Xanadu-TTi alliance..
the "bad mojo" in it is referencing your corp to a failed project.

We dont know what an other Alliance use this Name too.
We use the name, becorse it has something to do with ours language.
And now we are Arcadia!

Im glad to hear such a positive response on this announcement
Indeed we had no idea that an alliance with this name has been founded befor.
anyway we decided to stick with this name and we hope there will be no grief about it

In the current state, the alliance is formed by german-speaking members only.
This is to profit from the advantage of a common language for communication and organization using Team-Speak, etc.
But we will see what future brings.

Greetings and congratulations on the formation of your new Alliance.
I personally appreciate your posting of the current corporate membership, as it makes my life easier for compiling my alliance reports and alliance records (Kals EVE Journal).
However can you possible provide details on your specific domain, what region(s), constellations(s) etc you consider within your control and in what manner your domain will be managed (open/closed/access pass).
I would also appreciate english versions of your constitution, rules and any other documents involved in the alliance.

High presence in the Intaki Syndicate it seems, hopefully moving in and ousting the banana republic that is the ORS.
You can do it, only 3 systems with stations to hold and these jokers only ever hold the one and barely that.
