Frigattes using CM's is overpowered Bulls**t. frigattes SHOULD be able to gank cruisers and maybe BS, but NOT THAT fast. 3 CM-kestrels can whack a cruiser in within 5 secs. thats not how it should be. i use CM's on my 'ceptor for myself as everyo...
