As an ingame thief and scammer I would like to add my sympathy.....A loss such as this completely transcends the game and I am gobsmacked by DaddyTacs fortitude in continuing the game in his son's name.
I gve my own son an extra hug tonight. He has a disability but thankfully not a terminal condition. I thought hard on the things that REALLY matter....I wish DaddyTacs all the very best.

This filles me with sadness, I`m late, i was on a break, but he was a mate and i still wanna contribute.
my deepest condolences to the family.
Tacs is still touching lives. I teach and in one of my workshops i tell Tacs`s story in eve, to explain how virtual reality can enrich lives.
Tacs, it was an honour to fly with you and it was fun, fly safe....

Unfortunately never got to know the guy personally but it doesnt take much to know he was a special person. That vid brought a tear to my eye

I have found this tread by chance, searching for Jeremy Tacs. He is a hidden CONCORD agent in the Mandoo system. I hope someone has made you aware of the existence of this little tribute by CCP before.

My thoughts are with you and your family, we lost our 11 year old son to cancer 5 years ago, it would have been his birthday on the 3rd of August, so we have a very large party every year to celebrate his life and raise a little cash for Candlelighters. They helped us greatly, perhaps there's a charity close to your heart that people could contribute?
