He's already given nearly 8bn ISK of reimbursement to EMFI, and has plans to at least try and reimburse account holders and EIBI investors. If those folks get their money back thanks to Kal's liquidation efforts, does anyone really care who's sitting at the keyboard? I know I don't. So how about we give it a rest (and take EMFI's advice) and save the criticism and accusations until after the reimbursement procedure is completed. Best of luck Kal, may your efforts prove fruitful.

Every day the audit lasted more isk was taken out of the bank. The audit was keeping the bank open for withdrawals. If the "Scam Shouters" camp won on Day 1 100-200bil would have been stolen. If the "Everything is fine while people are withdrawing" would have lasted another few weeks 100bil more would have been saved. The only effect at this moment that slandering Kal will have is to see if he will buckle under strain and say "screw you all". If that is your goal, well it is a free world, have fun! Yes, it could be a big mega-scam where he wants to reintroduce the bank in the future. But I know a lot of the investors who will want to steer clear of EIB for the rest of it's existence (me included). I will never open any other accounts with EIB either now or reformed. I suggest that people seriously consider past history when making their decisions. Whether you get your money back or not, a lot of people have had billions worth of funds sitting idle with them having no access too it. So, I hope the accusations against Kal can stop, and he can get on with it. If he pays everyone back, then this issue (for now) is resolved and we can forget about the EIB and all the drama's it has caused. Insured Research and Production Services

Talk about making money out of thin air... :D Its just spreading risk, EIBI, NCIB, EMFI, FIEF are all sort of investment banks/mutual funds.. we own shares in eachother to spread the risk even further. There are some other ventures as well. OT-TS is a production corp that dabbles in sharetrading, at many occasions OT-TS has owned EMFI stock. and of course EMFI has a position in OT-TS. Same with SHMEC, SHMEC owns EMFI stock for its long term capital, and EMFI has an equity position in SHMEC.
