Caldari Navy is the only corp I have >8.0 standing with and I want to set up a jump clone - but as far as I can make out, not a single one of the many Caldari Navy stations I have checked out has a cloning facility.
Is this really the case, or can someone direct me to one

Forget that - I found one in Sobaseki.
But in case anyone finds themselves in a similar predicament, the quickest way is to set your starmap to show medical facilities then quickly move your cursor over each one.
Beats the ass out of flying to each one. Like using Yellow Pages or something.

I still need help. It won't let me install a Jump Clone because it says Caldari Navy don't like me - even though I have a standing of 8.89.
Anyone know why?
I have Infomorph Psychology trained. Do NPC corps allow Jump Clones at their stations?

If you're in a player corp, the corp also has to have 8.0+ standings.

The standing also has to be unmodified. Your corp standings look fine though. Other than that I can't think of any other issues.

Hm, you should take a second look. The Brass Monkeys Society, as thats Beebopa Lula's corp, has a Corporation Standing of 3.36 unmodified at the Caldari Navy. That means, unless thats increased to at least 8.00 unmodified, theres no way to get a jump clone there.
But i also noticed you are from CHIMP. I suggest you go into CHIMP territory and use one of their cloning facilities instead. Your CEO should be able to help you even better with system names and best route to fly.

if you have standing at a 0.0 station just go there, install a jump clone, go to whatever system you want in empire (anywhere, jita, whatever) and jump to the clone to the 0.0 station, this will leave a clone in the empire station (standing do not matter). then install a new clone in the 0.0 system and poof, you have clones in empire and 0.0 and can travel between them all you want.
i recommend to jump clone between 2 0.0 systems before doing this so you leave your implants there. that way you can jump back into them without killing your empire clone
